Shipping policy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct prior to checkout and allow 10-12 business days from your date of purchase for processing and shipping of your order. All orders are shipped via USPS with a tracking number. Use your tracking number to follow your order and to file a claim with USPS for lost or stolen deliveries. Grace Brand Gear does not replace or refund lost or stolen packages. We are also unable to cancel orders, exchange or accept returned items.
