Refund policy
We want you to love your Grace Brand Gear as much as we do! All apparel is unisex. Fit is usually true to size, but may have a looser fit on women. Please be sure to choose the correct size when placing your order as we do not exchange or accept returned items. Also, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item so that we may evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
To request an exchange or credit for a defective or incorrect item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused; and, you must contact our support team at gracebrandgear@bellsouth.net for instructions. Please DO NOT return any items without contacting the support team first. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Grace Brand Gear does not offer refunds, and all discounted items are FINAL SALE.
